My name is Zach and I’m a UX Researcher with a strength in conducting user research to inform design decisions. I was introduced to design thinking early on in college and was so fascinated by the process that I cofounded a consulting agency to apply it. Now I work with private companies as well as local governments to address their UX challenges.
