• Led the research phases on a 3 week project to explore how Clubhouse could attract users from the gaming community.

• Conducted 10 interviews and 10 usability tests. Competitive analysis of 6 similar apps.

E-commerce Website Redesign

• Conducted a site audit and interviews about the e-commerce experience of DC’s most famous concert venue.

• Redesigned the experience to address the pain point of lack of product details and tedious checkout process.
